because he believes that they are some kind of super-stars capable of great feats?.......

A good indicator of confidence and perceived return on AZX will be how much skin WH wants to put in tne game with this current financing at 5.5 c and notebly with the nice flow through feature.His other gold company  FGC is on life supportat the 1.5c level but he does own most of the shares..

But he is now spending more time on AZX rather than his other company FGC (they were looking for him at the other board). BTW, both companies are located at the same location in Toronto, so WH can deal with either company from the same desk. Apparently, FGC has a good arrangement with PAC (option of 100% their Red
