GBU - Not trading at 4 cents because this isn't a cash buyout.  That 4 cent figure is based on what they (the various BOD's involved) believe the combined company will be worth, which is by definition an educated guess, since the entity they are talking about does not yet exist.  Based on their estimate of value, (which basically means a figure they plucked out of their behinds) ...more

Still not carved in stone.  Some other idenity could swoop in and snap up at better offering.  Would only cost 875,000 penalty.  Small change when you consider properties and what is assumed is in the ground. Only the Nose, Knows.  All Hail EO who created this mess. May the POX be on him and the horse he rode in on.

Yes the stin'k of  EO hung over and affected the results of the entire review process. That said,  I looked up the docs and website on Granada Goldmine including the reelection of Directors and his name has apparently disappeared. Maybe their records are out of date.Or maybe Granada got wise.

Yes we are all well aware of that old appointment notice. It is now or currently I am referencing. Are you able  find any mention of him on their  present web site or reappointment to the board notices since that time.I see that Frank Basa the Chairman has readded President in his title.Clarification anyone.
