Chantrell

The thing I find odd is why hasnt Chantrell Ventures and/or Alexandria announced the
termination of the Chantrell offer yet?!  or is it typical negligence by WH again !!!!

If Chantrell wasn't going to counter, a person would be inclined to logically think that they would have already told Alexandria about their intention.  Seems pretty reasonable.  So maybe they have countered????   And alexandria is passing the revised offer to their financial people to peruse????  Anything is possible.  You never know.  What I can reasonably ...more

if chantrell did not come with better bid what will happen to break up fee of $850000.if azx has to pay them or not.

Yes unless they have negotiated with AEM that it will be passed along to them.   I haven’t read the small print of that agreement.
