Hope it goes higher forcing AEM to compete with their shares or cash.

AEM has plenty of time here. They will wait until just before AGM to make another bid. If O3 falls from here, AEM will be the superior bid by default.

Not sure how it falls with Osisko controlling all the float as of now..

And just like that the offer on the table is worth 10% less then it was yesterday. Too bad as it will lessen any AEM counter that comes forward in the next few weeks.

Can't see how AEM would suddenly lose interest.. While Osisko/O3 might be able to manipulate the price to $3.88 until the AZX takeover happens (if it happens), they won't be able to stop the SP decrease when the new O3 shares get dumped by hundreds of pissed off AZX shareholders.

a good example of that is how the Integra shareholders got stuck with the " sausage" from Eldorado........after the deal went through Eldorado's price skyrocketed downward very fast.....but the management made very well with their lump sums from the deal...the top 2 got 1 million each and the regular shareholders got to bend over....I made my point to Eldorado at the PDAC
