Did you get any email from COE to vote yes, I got one today, he left me his phone number for any questions, they really want this deal to pass. The problem I'm not willing to lose 80% of my share.

Yeah I got a phone call from mgmt begging a yes vote.  Voted 1.5M shares against... Maybe ALX thinks it could be close, usually not enough shareholders who care enough to act but I guess we will see. GL
