What is this stock all about?

Was it into Crptocurrencies last year?  Now, this year it's African and Electric Vehicle market?  Very confusing??  Some please explain.

It still has ties to Crypto and is venturing out to Ev land, air and sea. I believe they will be shipping out this summer of july.
