All of the new investment money into Hycroft is great. However, the original ANV investors now holding HYMCZ warrants are legally entitled to be part of any monetary success. A HYMCZ INVESTOR group headed by Mr. Jordan Darga has and continues to contact the SEC as well the new investors including AMC to remind them of this previous obligation. Any attempt by new money to dilute the original ANV holders will be discouraged. It is best that all interests work together for mutual benefit. Gold is hitting new highs and Hycroft managed properly could prove to be a great investment in this environment.
