Confused by insider activity

Not just the filings on Canadian insider that have me confused, but the big volume pop and no news to explain it.

This from Canadian Insider.... i didnt see the stock price get to .25 in 2013

William Sheriff , a rather active well-known investor on the TSX venture.

The 52 week high is 10 cents. Willima Sherriff (never heard of him to be honest) acquired his shares on March 5th, according to Canadian Insider. That has to be a misprint. I think the all-time high is around 28 cents and that was 2 or 3 years ago. Why the increased volume? I am sure we will hear something soon. There must be a tangible reason for the increased trading activity. deet
