LI Reaches Agreement?

At first glance it looks like just a share dilution of my LI holdings. Company needs to present a value (like NPV $) in a simple term for each ‘new’ entity before this split can be assessed. There is a ‘beauty in simplicity’ that appears to be lost in this proposal.
