CEO Comments on BNN July 4th 2013
Interesting to listen to her comments again....the management have been working on some stuff quietly..."we are confident we can pull something out here"....most likely buyers would be Vermillion Pengrowth Bonavista or Exxon Mobil or foreign interest like what happened with Bellatrix...traditional options of additional creditlines or issuing stock to dilute shareholders are not options...she commented that direct investment (likely by foreign company) in high cash or high yielding assets like Angle would be a viable option...at the current price of $3.17 (200 day average) its worth a buy and get the benefits of upside news...something will likely happen...Andrew Bell from BNN asked her it they were approached and she answered in a sly response that her legal department advised her that the answer should be no...they are clearly in discussion with interested parties....just a matter of time and how the deal will done...
On the website she said the company is is good shape and its not a firesale...we are cognizant of our value...we are below value and below our peers...good luck longs....BB28
