This is a high quality company and has some interesting dynamics. There is a consolidation story that could be talked about here. I agree...I hate the fact that once the market figures out the buy-out is just a rumour, the stock gets severely punished....I bought back in yesterday...I think the timing of buying back may be a little off but I feel we will see some good numbers come October....US construction peaked in July...Japan is supposedly coming back to life and China is looking good(no hard landing)
