Merging ANS and NBD

Hard to see why NBD wouldn't take over ANS.  Brookfield involved with both, the product is nearly identical.  Both Canadian.  Should be savings available.  I doubt the Govt. would block this as they did the last deal as the US Govt would not be involved.  Control of supply would be a benefit as it appears there is just too much OSB being produced.

Oversupply because the US recovery is slower than expected. I had a 2.40 buy price in mind and if OSB drops below $200 its looking more like $2.25! I think NBD would take over ANS if the companies were in survival mode but they have supply routes beginning in eastern and western Canada so what would be the point!
