gold stocks are in the 3rd inning of a 9 inning bear market.   you forgot to sell gold stocks 2 years ago.

I would say gold stocks are bottom of the 9th and ready to make a run.  However Allied Nevada is way over valued in my opinion based on earnings.  This should have a mkt cap closer to 1.5 billion. But who knows seems like earnings don't matter much as gold stocks pretty much seem to move as a sector with very little regard for individual circumstances.

In the current "money printing" environment it is unclear what P/E factor may be appropriate(What the price of gold may be in 1 or 3 or 5 years forward, nobody knows)  I draw attention to the difference during the first 9 months of 2012 operation, between what Allied Nevada produced and what it sold: Gold Production ozs. : Q1 32,473  Q2 30,662 and Q3 25,482
