Very nice for Coro Apu! The dilution continues to benefit the takeover. All of the money will be spent to further develop what they will eventually own. Therefore, they didn't do anything except invest in their own mine, charge the shareholders plus interest and control the progress and process.   How about an updated amd current 43-101 so that everyone knows exactly what Ascot has. ...more

Dilution does not benefit a takeover. Your understanding of math is terrible. A lower market cap however does benefit a take over. The market cap is basically the same as it was before the private placement so no benefit there. If you don't understand these basic concepts you probably should not be investing.

But, you are the "buygoldbug" so I'll leave it there. I agree that numbers don't lie, and you have to agree that the numbers here are very directionally consistent, I'll say that. Waddya figure there trading guru? Are we going under .60 ? It's all about market cap right? Isn't the share price determined by the market cap divided by number of shares? I might have this all wrong. I'll probably quit investing after this. My mathematics are so poor it's dreadful.
