Will Trump legalize weed with an executive order?  Biden and Kamala are riding this wave of excitement among the youth in America over that issue. I feel Trump will stomp their dreams and do it himself before election. I just feel it strongly, do you think there is a chance he will legalize weed federally and soon?

I am not a lawyer however I under how gov functions. Trump can't legalize marijuana for recreational purposes through executive order. He has a little leeway to legalize medical marijuana without Congress, I think this needs congressional legislation as far as I know. I could be wrong as I am not American.
