Last quarter they did an at market sale for 100 million which can lead to dilution upon its closing.

also the last 100 million he raised from an "unnamed" investor led to about 6 percent dilution to existing share holders. Do I really need to include a link for that too?  Look it up. The man is killing the company

My point exactly it "can" lead to dilution, it has not yet and will only dilute if they use it it's like a line of credit. If they use it to buy a cc pharma type business in the US I'd be very happy with that. As for the mastronardi's, I could see them on their way out, word here is they have no clue how to grow weed but that is just hearsay and rumors around here.

The fact that this "potential" dilution is hanging there in front of everybody's nose leaves a very negative and bitter taste in the mouth's of the shareholders.  I will include the wording below and will not comment further on this subject. However, I will say this in advance: If you no not believe this action dropped the share price and is keeping it down,.................

It's a dilution pure and simple and thank you for the post. Because Irwin had already diluted us 100 mill few months prior. He decided to word this one a bit differently so it isn't as direct even though it's essentially saying you will be diluted 100 million again shortly. That's why it's flying over the heads of guys like positive and savage who are cheerleaders for Irwin

You are a little crude in your assessment but more or less accurate , the way I see it is this Irwin azz clown has personally halted Aphria in it's tracks for 5 quarters in a row and those quarters were actually decent numbers that we should have capitalized on but as it turned out it was one step forward and three steps backward , Irwin should be fired no doubt about it . Maybe crude yes. I guess after a week of discussion on this board there are those of us who feel the way we do and others feel differently. Let's See what Irwin comes up with in these next crucial months leading into US election. Let's see if he can make something hit other then exercising that 100 million dilution. Let's see
