Both terms have been used on bnn, and for their purpose they mean decriminalization, most often they legalization; however, any who has watched bnn for the duration knows they mix the terms up not. Even in the interview Simon talks about the Canadian system and we both know they use legalization but actually mean decriminalization. The average Canadian uses the term legalization as well, however
