What does Irwin Simon care about paying Emblem. He used our money issuing shares to pay cash/shares for a thirty million penelty we incurred under Irwin Simon for his inability to make a proper deal that aphria can fulfill in a timely manner.

It is company's Board of Directors that negotiates and sets annual compensation with Irwin Simon. Withhold vote for directors who approved his compensation. It would also help to approach large institutional shareholders to get them to vote against board members who approved IS compensation while share value declined. Until individual and institutional shareholders unite and vote against

It's you that doesn't know that facts. The rest of the market does. Look at our 54 percent decline. Irwin Simons biggest cop out is "I inherited the problem". Two years at the helm and he spewed lie after lie. We won't have dilution he said, we won't have write downs he said. Future aquistions he said and expansions he said. Come to terms with the whole story and stop
