We believe we have good knowledge that APHA will become a subsidiary of a large American entity and it's shares will eventually be delisted. We believe said entity is price fixing for said purpose and accumulating the stock.

 

We also have strong indications from D.C. the Biden/Harris Administration will be taking a page out of Canada's rule book for Recreational Cannabis rollout over the course of their term and extinguishing the U.S. Cannabis Black Market for taxation purposes as indicated by the passing of Cannabis reform bills at the State level in the last U.S. Federal election. We believe this will also bolster support from the Police Unions wishing to align with President-Elect Biden stance on "Law and Order" edict; as demonstrated by Canada's Police Forces massive Drug Busts in rural areas reported in the press. The correct "war on drugs" if you will; successfully implemented in Canada by Prime Minister Justin Trudue's Liberal Party.

 

We believe any mandated U.S. Covid-19 lockdowns will be favourable to Cannabis stocks duplicating previous trends prompting a sector rotation in the near term.
