Bought Deal Incoming I think

Since Aphria sent all their cash I am out of Aphria in anticipation of them announcing a bought deal. They are running the stock up now which is good but this thing could decline like OGI or ACB after they announced their deal. Best to buy in at institutional discounts.

Don't know what your talking about..bought deal..really. As far as i understand they paid 250M in cash, 50m in stock and probably the remainder with ATM. And how do they run their own stock up..please explain.

Retail investor here and not claiming a deep understanding but isn't there something in their books that makes it in the best interest to keep the stock price below a certain level ( around $9.0 Canadian) or there are some options that kick in.  I may have that totally wrong but someone on this board would know. That's the risk with offering more stocks to drop the price that I am ...more
