Another 52 week high

The trend is definitely favouring aphria and it has created over 20 new 52 week highs this year. We may be able to see $12-16 shortly on this one, volume is above average and the stock price is holding pretty stable.
all ducks all lined including US entry strategy, should be a good run. One of the few Canadian cannabis companies worth investing

Biden/Harris to legalize pot in some form, make another strategic acquisition in the USA, close the deal on SweetWater, show FCF positive Q3. Good times ahead.

First, Biden said he would decriminalize not legalize. Those are two different things. Decriminalization won't open the door to import. Second, as Biden takes office, he is going to be faced with a collapsing American health system and economy which follows suit and a country which has much more on its mind than legalizing pot. Third, right now in the United States the states that want ...more

Decriminilzation and desclassifying cannabis as a Schedule 1 drug is enough to flood pot stocks with money though. It would allow huge banking transactions and investments. We also have to remember, this is all about "Balck lives Matter" That is the major motivation for Kamala Harris And the push for Decriminalization. and the MORE Act. That alone makes it a top priority for the Democratic Party to move forward early next year.

Actually, Kamala spent the better part of her career as AG criminalizing pot to the nth degree. She is notorious for filling jails with young black offenders for relatively minor offenses. Don't forget, politicians will say anything to get elected. I agree that Republicans would not likely veto a bill that has wide acceptance in the House. But the House is now split too. These are not minor ...more

That is true about Kamala and Biden was one of the architects of War on Drugs. People grow, change over time, see the errors of their ways. Change their views. I believe they both have and have openly admitted it. The last time the USA dealt with a mass toll the market soared for 4 straight years. We are in a bullish market for at least 10 years now. This sound familiar in our present time! ...more

I agree. This is a thoughtful accurate reply. I think people underestimate the deep, ingrained prejudice against MJ in the establishment. The lobbying is still there. Big Parma will prevail but it's not happening next year. Aphria is a long hold. The stratospheric #s people envision could only be realized if Simon attracts a buyer with deep pockets and worldwide legalization occurs. The latter ...more
