Good read and sounds promising. Might be the upbeat we Javier been enjoying as of late. 

I agree with some of the post, we may be Peaking for awhile.

Decriminalizing marijuana at the federal level could create jobs and tax revenue, while helping Black and brown communities hurt by the “War on Drugs.”

they just passed a rule that introduces the bill for an hour of debate this morning. The vote should be soon and it's a promissing sign but it didn't pass yet.
