Not that it will matter , it will still go through. Unbelievable Aphria just paid a 25% premium for a company that has lower revenue, cash, more debt than Aphria itself. Greedy SImon strikes again. He wins, we lose.

Tilray got a 25% premium, Aphria did not. Tilray has terrible fundamentals and a ton of debt. The only thing that will end up rewarding Aphria sharehodlers is if Tilray has a big hype rally. Bc fundamentally this is just a debt-riddled LP with poor market share.
