Kingbear has the same thinking as I do. I believe he is right.  This deal stinks! Simple Simon strikes again. We just got sold out. Nothing like giving away one quarter of what you hold and picking up a pile of debt. Over half a billion in debt!
I am not saying I am correct but the .838 may represent the premium paid to the Tilray shareholders. It comes in pretty close. Now, today's close for Tilray was $9.33US. You will receive .838 of a share. Therefor, your portion of that share is worth $7.82US. That is what your converted share will be worth. Unfortunately, Aphria finished at $8.05US. That looks like a $.23US/share  haircut to me. ......... am I wrong? (The clueless ThorBM and Suppositive1, need not respond)

What part of "clueless" in my last post did you not understand? I said that YOU need NOT respond. You remind me of Trotzburger from a few years ago.  He was a clueless MFing windbag as well.
