My take on the deal.......Market seems to agree.......how's the Tilray lawsuit shaping up??

Totally thought you were talking about the Canopy and Acreage deal, but seen you referenced Tilray.

The market seems to like the canopy/ acreage/Constellation trifecta, that's why canopy's market cap is so much higher then the combined entity of aphria and tilray. The market doesn't seem to like this deal.... Go figure. I think it's a good move by aphria to retain the tilray name, if the merger is not stopped by the tilray lawsuit. Aphria's name is Tainted after all the ...more

I am not sure about how this deal plays out but there are definitely pro's regarding it as well as con's. Regarding the canopy/acreage/constellation deal let's factor in the high $$$$ losses and why does the market look favourably upon the continued monetary loss? Don't get me wrong my best trade in this sector involved canopy but when you see the execution and EBITDA that aphria ...more

Sure. Let's start with Martha Stewart CBD. Let's continue with biosteel. Then let's go to acreage which will give canopy 6280 dispensaries across the us as well as cultivation and processing licenses which are very hard to get in some states. Snoop Dogg, Seth Rogan's, Patrick Mahomes, Connor McDavid and the athlete list for Bayou steel goes on and on and on. Most people don't ...more
