Aphria is

going to have to do something to sweeten this deal for Aphria shareholders. SP down 15% since the merger was announced. The lower the SP, the more dilution will occur when they raise more money to eliminate some of the absurd 1B in debt the combined companies will have. Tilray no revenue growth in the last year and debt, what was Simon thinking? Oh yeah, his big increase in pay he will likely recieve is all he cares about. These financials next month need to be great.
