LOL Bashers are ACB/WEED Bag Holders

Every analyst agrees and likes the deal.  Aphria will supply Tilray’s under capaciity and the merger combines two of the strongest international cannabis players and further increases their first mover advantage over MSOs. King Canabis Irwin Simon connections will help grow Manitoba Harvest and AB InBev connection fast tracks SweetWater's expansion into USA/Canada/EU.  This is the list of clinical trials supported by Tilray:

  • Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting (University of Sydney, Australia)
  • Severe behavioral problems in children with intellectual disabilities (Murdoch Children‘s Research Center, Australia)
  • Cannabinoids and driving performance (University of Sydney, Australia)
  • Pediatric epilepsy (Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Canada)
  • HIV/AIDS (McGill University, Canada)
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (University of British Columbia, Canada)
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (McGill University, Canada)
  • Glioblastoma (Complutense University, Spain)
  • Essential tremor (University of California-San Diego, USA)
  • Taxane-induced neuropathy (Columbia University, USA)
  • Alcohol Use Disorder – AUD (NYU School of Medicine, USA)
  • AUD comorbid with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), (NYU School of Medicine, USA)

the deal is garbage, glad I sold as the sp has declined since the announcement. You say every analyst likes the deal, but the market does not like the deal at all based on share price depreciation.

LOL!  The stocks went up on the day of the announcements, on the red days the whole market was down due to stimulus not passing, and on green days TLRY was or near the biggest gains.  GLTA

fwiw me too. This stock has a tremendous upside, methinks, especially with the inevitable short squeeze coming. For the first time in my life, I'm averaging up, not down. Nice feeling and can sleep well at night. Also, buying aph now you actually get a discount price (3-6% ish) to Tilray (and yes that's after factoring in the 84%/ share... GLTA longs and Happy New Year.
