Yes, it seems we are missing the 80% exchange rate since we will get our exchanged shares in US. Seems like a huge amount to overlook for those buying Tilray instead of Aphria. What am I missing?

I am not sure why the spread is there and so large....only thing I can think of is perhaps its hesitancy to the deal, that it may not come to fruition.
