Stupid question

What happens to Canadian stock holders after the merger since there is no tsx Tilray. How is this ownership transferred?

I don't think anyone knows for sure. I sent email inquiries to both Tilray and Aphria about this and neither bothered to respond. I suspect they will do one of three things... 1. Start up a Tilray listing on the TSX and convert APHA shares over to it or 2. Convert TSX shares over to Nasdaq shares based on exchange rate and then conver those to Tilray shares as well. Just a guess. Cheers

Just a guess. Cheers    During the last quarter financial conference call Irwin mentioned Tilray would be getting a listing on the TSX. More details late April or May.
