Not going to happen. They have to wait for the merger to close. Money raise can't happen so it ain't gonna stop this train.

Good time to do a raise at $30, the share price can not go down due to the Tilphria deal. If the share price tanks, it's a buying opportunity making the deal all that much better. Tilray just sign a deal.

Combined they have 580 million in cash today, Aphria is free cash flow positive (I loaded up on Broken Coast this month to make sure of it ;) ). A cash raise is not needed before the summer

Tilray had an open ATM going into merger news. I think there was 210 million left on it if my memory is serving correctly. I expect they have filled it, not sure if that is included in your napkin math.. Not worried about cash at all. King Irwin is at the helm.

Give me a break. Irwin Simon fixed the utter trash mess Vic the sticky fingers left behind. This company would be nothing without King Irwin. Never forget that. Anyone that disagree's with that is clueless. Sorry but that is a fact. 15 minutes to Close. TLRY set-up is looking very intact. Hold TLRY like braveheart,.. pls. eom momo

I just slid down the investor presentation so it does not include the ATM cash! No cash worries over here either :)

A cash raise is always needed when you can do one especially in an industry with +20% yoy growth. They can always do another one after Tilray signs with AB InBev.lol

"if the share price tanks" this is where can get into dangerous territory. Even after a raise and upon tanking, how long until recovery? Look what happened on the previous raises, and it was F irwin, F this F that. Is $30 even a good price point to begin the next raise? Why not at say $50 where at least when it falls it wont be too far off where we should actually be.
