Looks like the combined is (1.32) EPS and the float is ~400 million. Total capital share is 900 million. It will be interesting to see the spin institutions put on the 24 month 100 million restructuring plan. With regular companies restructuring is viewed as positive.

Couldn't agree more . If you bought in April of 2016 you paid $1.30 . So buy and hold is the correct strategy. let's analyze the nonsense that we should all be buying USA MSO companies.
