Legislation for Shallow Water Stocks drawn. Junior/Startup companies will be isolated/protected from large institutions market pressures. They can start with Shallow Water and then can issue Blue Waters. Buy sell only with breakers. When you want to just shoot hoops you don't have to play with the Raptors anymore ;p
