Combined Shares

The merger of Aphria and Tilray was 435 million shares. Now Tilray has diluted issued over 50 million shares. Now we're 495 million shares combined and we still get .8381 Tilray to 1 Aphria. Irwin never cared about shareholders. How is this even ALLOWED during a merger. I'm voting NO for the merger until we get answers.
