Scare tactics and short attacks are done

We've moved past all that. Even with revised reports and lowered estimates the consensus is 17.50 usd. Can there be flash movements in the broader market that moves US dollar here and there sure. We're priced below consensus as we speak and shorties and trolls that post sell or run is all non sense. We just need Irwin Simon to cement our growth and what the recent stupidity that's been circulating and that can drive the bull pendent sitting on our chart back to 20 USD. After then merger with Tilray, who knows where we can go from there. We just need this beat even if we don't get the short term gain some are hoping for instantly. It will eventually sooner rather then later especially after merger begin to reflect in our SP. we need the beat I think will get it given numbers I'm looking at and the timing of the report.

Correct me if I’m wrong but if the merger takes place then Aphria stock will be cashed out on the Canadian side so there is no long term play, we just get whatever the sp is at the time, and all this is supposed to take place in 2-3 weeks so no long term outlook for apha.to stockholders.   Again, please correct me if I’m wrong

Tilray will have a Canadian listing at least eventually. When you say there will be no long term play, what exactly do you mean?  Of course there is a long term play. You will receive .83 Tilray shares. Tilray is listed on the American exchange so that's the one you will receive. Your long term play is still the same it will just be a combined company ticker symbol TLRY. The merger would ...more

Many Canadian Aphria share holders do not have a us account so their shares will be liquidated from what I read in the agreement, many have in in an RRSP or tfsa so that can’t be transferred as far as I know.    The logistics in automated transfer of the sp from Canada to us account with the exchange rate and fractional share agreement sounds daunting.    I feel they should ...more

I thought Tylray was to have a tsx account after merger.  I don't want to be liquidated.

This should set the record straight. tlry will be on the tsx also. https://technical420.com/cannabis-article/breaking-down-the-aphria-tilray-merger-what-do-canadian-investors-get/

The quote below is from you tech 420 link. They say they expect Tilray to have a Canadian symbol but that’s not settled yet.     Needs to be confirmed on the exchange. So far all I’m reading it that it should be but so far not.  “In regards to the Tilray-Aphria merger, we expect Tilray to have a Canadian symbol on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) before the ...more

"Before it is settled" is the key. A while back Cenovus energy bought out Husky energy. I was fortunate enough to have had Husky. The new shares were going by the Cenovus ticker. It took 3 days to actually show in my account as cenovus shares.

Perhaps someone else can weigh in on Elgar's concerns with the comment below. I don't own through a TFSA or on the tsx. I'm through a taxable investment account on the Nasdaq. I was under the information accounts will transfer over including Canadian accounts. Can someone weigh in?
Comment by bonhomme16 on Apr 11, 2021 9:02am
My shares are in my TFSA, on TSX.  My understanding is we get. .8381 of Tilray shares which will be listed on TSX.  Hope I;m right.

The Aphria tsx shares are transferred over to Tilray in the USA exchange automatically.  Your shares are transferred and not liquidated.  Relax everyone

Canadians can own US stocks. My shares are held on the Nasdaq myself not the TSX. You have a long term play you won't be charged out given whatever the SP is at the time and kicked out of the play. That definitely won't happen to Canadians considering Aphria is a Canadian company. I can guarantee that won't happen. Our headquarters are moving to the USA and what not. Or at least major ...more
