APHA/TLRY MERGER CONVERSATION ON BNN

SUMMARY:

APPARENTLY TLRY IS NOT COMMENTING ON THE REASON FOR DELAY OF THEIR SHAREHOLDERS MEETING TO VOTE ON MERGER!  BUT THE SPECULATION IS TO GIVE THEIR SHAREHOLDERS ENOUGH TIME TO RELECT ON THE MEETING BEFORE THEY VOTE ON APRIL 30TH.

ALSO, IF THEMERGERS DOESN'T GO THROUGH WHEN TLRY MEETING OCCURS , APHA WOULD HAVETO PAY 65 MLNS TO TLRY. ( NTO GOOD FOR US)

GENERALLY SPEAKING: ANALYSTS ARE POSITIVE ON THE MERGER FOR BOTH COMPANIES..

If Tilray decides not to merge with Aphria then big deal.  It is their loss.  Aphria is the stronger of the 2 companies. I don't think Aphria is going to have any problem finding another dance partner.   Ron

I whole heartedly agree but it would take more time which is annoying.

Just so you know typing in ALL caps is yelling. Typing a few words in caps is emphasis. Please take a moment to check your info before posting, thanks. I will work on my "diplomacy" skills. In the real world I am actually a nice guy. BNN knows less about the stock market than the average Joe. Quite frankly they are embarassing. Thank you for mentioning where you heard that BS from,...& ...more

If they vote against it and we lose that money i'll be pissed. They may end up screwing themselves out of another partner. That is of course if they have a side deal already.
