Clarification on the BS that BNN and Yahoo were pumping out yesterday about APHA break-fee. Aphria voted YES. If deal doesn;t go through Tilray pays Aphria 10 Million. Different than the orig 65 Million when the deal first announced. But goes back to what I said yesterday, BNN / Yahoo got it wrong yesterday.

Clarification that Tilray shareholders were given more time to get their vote in.

The break-up fee is $65M. Read the agreement.

$65m is nothing life goes on if deal falls through. Try this on for size:  https://www.google.ca/amp/s/deadline.com/2020/07/cineworld-cineplex-legal-action-lawsuit-acquisition-1202978096/amp/
