When a stock sells off it de-risks

People look and say oh my what they don't understand is we have much less water beneath us. We have strong support at 13 USD according to the Nasdaq. Don't quote me look yourselves and I personally feel we will teach a turning point. I asked people their thought here on where a bottom may be. No one seems to be willing to take a shot but I'm going to say these prices are very cheap for the largest cannabis company in a growing market no where near its maturity.
