Trading halt coming
Coming soon. Into vote and merger. Toronto courts cleared all of the hurdles. The name change will happen without warning and instantly according to sources. Probably halt later today or tomorrow afternoon. The shorts lose their positions. You can't short a non existent company. Yaaaaay!

Wouldn't surprise me, but anything goes with this market and the manipulation is so in your face it's impossible Robinhood investors are not aware.

You can't legally short a stock that no longer exists. You have been given very bad advice.

The shorts that are out get converted to the new ticker. It's that simple and this is coming from my broker along with a second broker. For example. if you have 100 shares shorted. It becomes 83 shares shorted. If it doesn't happen that way then 21% of the shares would have to be covered before the end of tomorrow. 35 million shares were shorted as of the 14th.

Just curious if anyone knows before I call my broker.I am holding 10 contracts of APHA $3 strike calls dated Jan. 2022.Do I need to convert them before merger?
