The sales in November and December were by LiVolsi. He still owns over 2 million shares. Given the steep rise it would be normal to rebalance his holdings somewhat.

This is a very strategic move on behalf of Anson, they purchased their shares around $1.00/share and I believe they had purchased over 12 million shares. They liquidated over 2 million shares around $5.00/share to take back their initial investment and let the profits ride and make millions. Brilliant!
