Looking to start a position here.

The cash flow this company can and will generate looks good.

few questions:

1) do you think management will initiate a dividend ?

2) any chance of a buyout?

3) is the company actually positioning itself to be Nasdaq listed?

4) I believe post covid, sales of hand sanitizer and related products will decrease. Question is, do you think they will be much higher than pre-covid levels?

- this company is based in canada. it is expected that the government will bring increases to capital gains taxes shortly. because dividends are taxed differently in canada, I believe that a one time "special" dividend is a good possibility. - a buyout is unlikely. the two brothers who control the company have no reason to pursue a buyout. i believe that a buyout would trigger

I appreciate the response. will do a bit more dd over the weekend and probably hop on board Monday. start w maybe 5k shares and add it position after next set of financials are out
