Results of Voting - AGM

Anyone notice the significant increase this year from last in the votes withheld, which essentially is a vote vote against management?

A 15x fold increase from 400k to almost 6 million. Yet the votes "for" are not that much higher than what the board ownes. To note, there is an outsider owning more than 10%. Question is, are they the ones contributing to the unexplainable supply of shares coming into the market daily?

I own 12,000 shares in my brokerage account. My wife owns 10,000 shares in her brokerage account. We have owned them a long time. Neither of us received our proxy voting package. So we could not vote our shares. I wonder how many others had the same experience.
