Quote from Emory near the end of the clip re the distribution " we have repeated ad nauseum that we will maintian the distribution". He also said they forecast to be in a position to modestly grow the distribution again in 2 to 3 years time.

Banks who are not shy about requesting dividend cuts are all giving them new mortgages at attractive rates and you know they have crunched the numbers so i remain hopeful
