HR REIT perfect example of why im done with this sector
6% yield right now and 60% affo payout ratio....great with canada rates where they are. and its diving cause of a couple soft points in the earnings. overall implied cash flow 10%.
whats the point in owning this trash that just goes down. when earnings "beat" it would just trade flat
