There aint no covid pandenic, there aint no GREEAT financial crisis, there aint even a recession

theres no real wars or oil supply shocks

but REIT prices are in the biggest hole ever cause the inflation rate is 0.6% above whatever arbitrary target the fed set

give me a break man
