INEFFICIENT MARKET.

Imagine having your money safely parked in a money market fund for 3 years, no capital losses, looking for a rotation trade when the time is right to get better yields and capital appreciation, and then seeing REITS hover at spring lows ripe for the picking already as rates came down and are expected further.

Its literally handing the rotation trade on a silver platter, getting good yields and a huge pullback

definitely reminds me of june, must be a market maker tactic to tank things and accumulate big the month before a big rip starts
