Tech Center
I get what you're saying Astro, but they called it a Tech Center in order to qualify for that 8M of government financing. Once it went to 3000 tons of production it stopped being a Tech Center and became a production unit for profit and they lost the 8M. The whole point of building it to start with was nothing more than to prove continuous run production using the new process would work, and to prove CAPEX and OPEX. The idea of using it as a selling point to potential clients is nice, but a client is going to prefer to go to VIetnam and see the real thing over a small scale mock up if a full size plant is avaiable to be seen.
