Someone ask this to me on private:

"Look on page 7

I remember when in argex page, they put information about revamp a European plant of TiO2 (Huntsman in France), the shares jump over 10 cents in the day. Carroll was upset and said somebody was going to lose their job. After that for me it was always clear the manipulation of shares and this plan its from the beginning. No doubt at all. Check the date was monday 03/27/2017. They put on Sedar a file (still there) but the link was deleted on argex webpage the same day.

I dont know if you remember that presentation. Please, ask on the board if somebody remember that."?

I think everyone remembers Gordon, most all of us were probably buying at that time, off the back of that news. I personally bought over 3 million shares around that time. Then what 2 weeks later that presentation disappeared from their website, along with any mention of PPG.
