I don't see where it talk about wipe the shareholders and even fond a new company (I read the #40...)??   Thanks

Gordon, start reading it from line #32. Line #40 clearly states that Mazen is going to put up 1.5 million bid and all Argex will go into another company. Even if it is not understood, the debts outstanding are 4.8 million, so if the courts grant Mazen 1.5 million, then shareholders have to be wiped out. The debtors are not taking 4.8 million, way less than 1.5 million because he is saying enough ...more
