DIP Financing...

Debtor-in-possession financing or DIP financing is a special form of financing provided for companies in financial distress, typically during restructuring under corporate bankruptcy law...so it appears that someone has loaned the company $1.5M to keep the company afloat for at least  a few more months.

DIP financing supports restructure over liquidation...so maybe we are not all losing our entire investment after all
