Looking for 300.000 shares to buy

I am still looking for 300.000 shares of RGX to buy. To make the deal the shares have to be with RBC as my broker in Germany (HSBC) only can transfer the shares from RBC to my account and money to the seller's RBC account. The trade can be done within a day.

I offer the last traded price of 0.01 CAD  (06/19/19) per share.

Since my last posting a lot of people have contacted me, but the deal could not be finalized because their shares were not with RBC.

If anyone wants to sell their shares to me, please contact me. Thank you very much,

GLTA

I just want to cover my short position which I have opened on June, 19th in Germany just before the stock was halted in Canada. No chance to cover yet. Stock is delisted in Canada and Germany. You've got a lot of nerve asking Argex investors for help with a short position. I hope you get stuck with your foot in your mouth.............

Ignore Moonlightsearch who knows nothing except how to dream he has valuable shares. If someone has 300k shares to close the short then you can get something for them this way. You get nothing otherwise so it is easy to figure what to do.

Personally i’ll take my chances that they’ll restructure and Argex shareholders will live to trade another day. If not, I would feel better taking zero knowing that I was scammed by our own BOD, than how I’d feel taking .01 from a short seller, In short, I’d rather burn $3000

The bidding process was either extended again or thier restructuring....if its extended bidding then thats good for us as there will be big money involved.  Restructuing with shareholders involved then good for us as well...if thats the case then when we emerge there will be details of the dealings with china and vietnam and possibly more.  That means we open up no where near where we ...more

Receivership likely means bankruptcy and nothing for the shareholders.

Where are you seeing the word "Receivership" ? Thank you
Comment by Astrosmith on Aug 27, 2019 5:55pm
They are not in receivership. the restrcuturing filing was completed before bankruptcy. They have not actually declared bankruptcy and have not bee taken over by external management.
